Jancova Apartment House

Urban villa with three apartments. The three residential floors are raised on a horizontal concrete plinth, which in the form of a terrace extends above the front of the building to the sidewalk and thus hides the main entrance from the street and the entrance to the garages. There is a separate large apartment on each floor. The slope of the terrain allows the apartment on the ground floor to use the extensive terrace of the foothills and the adjacent garden. Another spacious terrace enriches the apartment on the highest stepped floor. Views of the city and the surrounding area are conceived as an important part of the residential scenery.
