Unfinished construction and incomplete concept is a fairly thankless task for an architect. It means that the architect enters into a construction process where many parameters have already been clearly defined by someone else. This assignment required modification of the layout and the complicated spatial and operational relationships were replaced by a new, clear order. Quite logically, the centre of the house has become a main two-storey-tall living room with open galleries. The initial segmentation was visually unified by two dominant elements – the concrete fireplace and the large back wall lined with wood veneer. The prototype chair which Šmondrk later included in his major collection of furniture has been incorporated into the selection of furnishings.
