Residential complex

Bratislava's Old Town looks like a developmentally completed mature structure with villas from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries to the present day, but surprisingly, an attractive space was found here for a group of intimate family houses. The extremely sloping plot has a natural character, and it will be preserved and refined even by new construction. The new development consists of a set of family houses - four town villas accessible by the meander of the newly proposed road. In addition to living in really spacious apartments, some of the premises have a non-residential character. The architectural expression of the houses is based on the strong horizontals of continuous and largely green terraces in contrast to the delicate structures of full parts of facades and soffits with cladding made of warm natural materials. The range of materials underlines one of the architects' main efforts to immerse the proposed objects in greenery so that they become part of it. The underground garages will clear the environment of parking on the ground so that the greenery crowned with views of the Bratislava Castle stand out as much as possible. cooperation: Eugen Kullman
