Villa Q

Villa Q is a neighbor of Villa X in a location that is being transformed from an originally non-urbanized place into urban villa housing. The overgrown greenery will be replaced by manicured gardens with a decent group of family houses. Beautiful views of Mlynská dolina are complemented by quiet corners of gardens and terraces, where each resident feels secure in his privacy. Villa Q, like other houses in this location, went through a complex process of finding the optimal location, height and relationship to neighboring buildings. The rich residential program is developed on three floors with glass facades, so that each of the spaces has a view of the garden or the more distant panoramas.
