The proposal which emerged from this tender dealt with the development of a complicated land area in the shape of a triangle. The volume, divided between two masses of different height, was supposed to create a vibrant new hub at a crossroads with a high concentration of office premises of the highest standard with additional services in the main trading parterre, where active city life would take place. Redefinition of transportation links, parking, tall new foliage - architectural and operational parameters of quality were set to maximum possible performance in terms of cultivating the whole site, which still lacks self-identity.
