This combined function house is spread on a relatively long and narrow plot of a typical, slightly suburban area of Karpatska street. It is intended for rent, but its style requires higher than the ordinary commercial objectives. Behind the restrained street facade stands a special multi-layer design with the central part in the form of a closed atrium and open courtyard. This is surrounded by four wings where offices are situated continuing further towards the back section where another building stands with a large open-space area that is segmented by exposed pillars. The top floor is one large apartment. And, of course, there is a large terrace filled with the specific atmosphere of this special site.
